In other news, I still can't find my food tracker--I looked all over my car, and all the typical places it would be in our house. One of the kids must have gotten their hands on it, so who knows where it could be! I put everything into the online tracker this morning, and doing that reminded me of why I prefer paper tracking so much--something about actually writing it down just feels so much more real to me. It's hard to explain. Suffice it to say, if I can't find it this evening then I'll go get a new one tomorrow.
Here are my food logs for the last few days... not the prettiest, but I tracked!
Should be 4 points; the Activelink doesn't read bicycling accurately, but when I tried to adjust it, it wouldn't work--it usually does though. |
I hope you can read those. Have a great day!
Hi Christina. I know the feeling - I go through days of not wanting to exercise. The feeling of tightness in the muscles where it feels like your body is asking to exercise - I never used to have that. I would go for months without exercise and not feel that way. And once I started semi-regular working out, I have that feeling if I don't exercise for a few days. It's a good feeling to know that your body is talking to you and asking for something healthy. So glad you are feeling that too. I hope you have a good workout. BTW the Spinach and Feta wrap sounds amazing. I should try to make one one of these days.
ReplyDeleteThe wrap is from Starbucks--it's super yummy! If you google "starbucks spinach feta wrap copycat," tons of copycat recipes pop up. I haven't tried any of them, but I bet you could make a good one!
DeleteI'll do that. I've made a few copycat recipes before, and they've turned out really well.
DeleteAll of your food sounds so delicious. I like that you eat and track... no crazy food eliminations or anything like that. Good job!
ReplyDeleteI learned the hard way that I can't eliminate foods... sure, I might lose weight a lot more slowly than if I was super strict with my diet, but if I did that then I'd most likely wind up on a binge bender and end up right back where I started. So, slow is the way to go! I'm not making any changes I can't live with forever!
